Do I have to switch to your platform?
No. Advisory engagements are vendor-neutral. Many clients keep their existing access point or ERP setup. In practice, some choose to migrate to the e-invoice.be platform after the engagement, but it is never a precondition.
How is pricing handled?
Three of the six packages are fixed scope at a fixed price: Readiness Assessment, UBL/XML Validation, and Implementation. Implementation has a day-rate overflow for out-of-scope work. The other three are retainers at a clear monthly rate: Automation, Compliance & Tax Advisory, and Operations Support. We tailor the proposal to your scope and send it within 48 hours of the discovery call.

Discovery calls are with a co-founder or a senior e-invoicing expert. Engagements are delivered by senior practitioners. There is a single point of contact who actually does the work and who you can reach directly.
How long does an engagement take?
A Readiness Assessment is typically 2 to 4 weeks. A UBL/XML Validation engagement is typically 2 to 6 weeks depending on complexity. Implementation timelines depend on the ERP landscape and country scope, often in the 2 to 6 month range. Retainers run for as long as they keep adding value.
