Why we exist. A mandate should not mean new software.
We started e-invoice.be in 2024 because businesses needed an independent answer to e-invoicing mandates.
Since January 2026, Belgian B2B transactions must use structured e-invoicing via the Peppol network. France and Germany are rolling out staged mandates. EU ViDA targets 2030.
Most companies that face a mandate already run an ERP or an accounting suite. They do not want a second invoicing tool, and they do not want to study the Peppol BIS specification. That part is our work.
We built the layer underneath. Your software makes the invoice. The format, the validation and the delivery are our work.
We operate the access point ourselves. We are not a reseller or a marketplace. We started in Belgium, and one integration reaches every Peppol-connected country.
