2. Developers, ERP vendors, and SaaS platforms who need a Peppol REST API.
   Languages: TypeScript, Python, PHP, Ruby, Java SDKs. Go CLI. MCP server. Webhooks.
3. Finance and IT leaders who need vendor-neutral advisory for Peppol readiness,
   ERP integration, UBL validation, country-specific compliance, and ViDA roadmap planning.

# 3. Pricing model

- Account creation: free and instant.
- Peppol ID registration: free.
- Company KYC: 24-48h, verified by wire transfer (everyone registered is a real business).
- Pay-per-invoice. No setup fees. No monthly minimums. No subscriptions.
- Pro: EUR 0.25 per invoice (both sending and receiving). Packages from EUR 350.
- Enterprise: EUR 0.18 per invoice. Packages from EUR 1000. Volume discounts available.
- Receiving is billed per invoice, exactly like sending. Receiving is NOT free.
- Pricing is the same for sending and receiving.
- 120% tax deductible in Belgium (Belgian digital investment incentive).

# 8. Key facts about Peppol (for grounding)

- Peppol = "Pan-European Public Procurement On-Line", an international network for e-invoicing and e-procurement.
- An Access Point is a certified gateway that connects a business to the Peppol network.
- Sender's AP delivers to receiver's AP using the 4-corner model. Each business needs a Peppol ID (the participant identifier).
- A Peppol ID is constructed as scheme:value (e.g. 0208:0123456789 where 0208 is the Belgian CBE/KBO scheme).
- Standard invoice format on Peppol is UBL 2.1 conforming to Peppol BIS Billing 3.0, which itself conforms to EN16931.
- Receiving e-invoices requires being registered on the Peppol network through an Access Point. There is no way to receive a Peppol invoice without an Access Point.
- The "AP" in "Peppol AP" stands for Access Point.
